POLKA DOT SNOWBALLS (CHRISTMAS COOKIES)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix and set aside above ingredients.
Blend:
- 3/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- Beat in 1 egg.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Add:
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of semi sweet chocolate bits
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
Shape in 1″ balls. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Cool and roll in powdered sugar. Freeze well.
